UK Purchases

All purchases are sent by Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed. Please note a signature is required on delivery.

At the time of dispatch you will receive your tracking number via email. All purchases are trackable online.

Overseas Purchases

Orders purchased from outside the UK are sent via International Signed For by Royal Mail and are trackable online. You will receive a tracking number when the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for the taxes or charges customers may receive on products, although we will do our best to insure all documentation is correctly adhered to in the hope of a smooth delivery process.

REFUNDS

We hope you like your purchase but if for any reason you'd like a refund you can either return it or have an exchange within 14 days. Please email info@natthakur.com to notify a return. Products must be unused and in good condition and returned in suitable packaging by a trackable delivery method.

Refunds may take 7 working days to complete.
